- Ingredients required for mix (typically oil, eggs, water)
- 12 Oreo cookies, separated into halves
- 24 candy eyes
- ¼ cup chocolate frosting or melted chocolate (for attaching decorations)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix and bake brownies according to box or recipe instructions. Let cool completely.
- Cut cooled brownies into rectangles or bat shapes.
- Carefully separate Oreo cookies and slice each half into two wings.
- Use frosting or melted chocolate to attach two Oreo wings to each brownie.
- Add two candy eyes to each bat using more frosting as glue.
- Chill decorated brownies briefly to help set decorations.
Notes
Store undecorated brownies in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Add wings and eyes just before serving to keep them crisp and fresh.
