These Caramel Apple Slices on Sticks are a fun, bite-sized twist on the classic caramel apple—perfect for parties, kids, and fall snacking. Customize with your favorite toppings for a festive treat everyone will love!

- 3–4 large apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)
- 1 bag (11 oz) soft caramels or caramel bits
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- Wooden popsicle sticks or lollipop sticks
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, crushed pretzels, shredded coconut, melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry apples. Slice into ½ to ¾ inch thick rounds and remove seeds.
- Insert a wooden stick into each slice.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, melt in a saucepan over low heat.
- Dip each apple slice into the caramel and let excess drip off.
- Place dipped slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- While caramel is soft, add toppings of choice: nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, or drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
To prevent browning, dip apple slices in lemon water before caramel coating. Best enjoyed same day but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
