Garlic butter steak bites made effortlessly in a crockpot, tender, juicy, and loaded with buttery garlic flavor—no stress, no babysitting the stove.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs sirloin or chuck steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 whole head of garlic, smashed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
- Optional: olive oil for searing
Instructions
- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes.
- Optional: Sear steak cubes in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned for extra flavor.
- Place steak in slow cooker.
- Add smashed garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons butter, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Stir once or twice during cooking if possible.
- Right before serving, stir in remaining tablespoon of butter.
- Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or butter. Freeze portions for up to 3 months.
