Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Black olives (sliced for hair + whole for bolts)
- 2 small dollops sour cream or cream cheese (for eyes)
- 2 small black olive slices (for pupils)
- 1 tortilla chip or red pepper strip (for mouth)
- Chips and veggies for serving
Instructions
- Mash avocados in a large bowl until mostly smooth. Stir in onion, tomato, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Spread guacamole evenly into a thick rectangle on a serving platter.
- Arrange sliced black olives at the top to form Frankenstein’s “hair.”
- Add two dollops of sour cream for eyes and place olive slices as pupils.
- Use a tortilla chip or red pepper for the mouth. Add whole olives at the sides for bolts.
- Surround with chips or veggies and serve immediately.
