Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/3 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it.

  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil or melted butter, and vanilla until blended.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir just until combined (batter will be slightly lumpy).

  6. Pour batter into preheated waffle iron (amount depends on your iron). Close and cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp.
