Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon green coffee beans or 1 teaspoon green coffee powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional: stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or matcha powder for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Crush or coarsely grind green coffee beans.
  2. Add to a cup of hot (not boiling) water and let steep for 10–12 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid into a mug.
  4. Add MCT oil and cream (or almond milk).
  5. Blend or froth until creamy and smooth.
  6. Sweeten to taste with stevia or monk fruit.
  7. Serve warm, or chill for an iced version.

Notes

Use filtered water for the cleanest flavor. Avoid over-steeping as it can taste bitter. Green coffee has a mild, tea-like flavor and pairs beautifully with cinnamon or matcha. Drink 1–2 cups daily as part of a balanced keto lifestyle. To make it bulletproof-style, blend with 1 teaspoon butter for a creamy texture and added fats.
