  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or in 20-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate onto the parchment-lined tray and spread into an even 1/4-inch thick layer.
  4. Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint evenly over the surface.

  6. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
