Description
Spider Pizza Bites are spooky, cheesy, bite-sized pizzas topped with creepy-crawly olive spiders—perfect for Halloween parties or festive fall dinners. Quick to make and fun to decorate, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup black olives (whole, pitted) for spiders
- Olive oil for brushing
- Optional toppings: mini pepperoni, diced peppers, mushrooms, sausage crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using biscuit dough, separate and flatten into 2–3 inch rounds. If using pizza dough, roll and cut into small circles.
- Place rounds on a lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Spread 1 teaspoon pizza sauce onto each.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Add optional toppings like pepperoni or diced veggies if desired.
- To create spiders, slice one olive in half for the body and another into 8 thin strips for legs. Arrange on top of each pizza bite.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crusts are golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
