Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Yellow gel food coloring
  • Orange gel food coloring
  • Candy corn or edible glitter for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  3. Divide mixture into three equal portions: keep one white, tint one orange, and tint one yellow with gel food coloring.
  4. Spread yellow layer evenly in pan; chill 10–15 minutes. Repeat with orange layer, then finish with white layer, chilling briefly between each.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Lift fudge from pan, cut into squares or rectangles, and garnish with candy corn or glitter if desired.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor. Avoid liquid food coloring to maintain texture. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months. Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry between each cut to keep edges clean and the web design intact.
